Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Court records the claim of the Petitioner that the Revision Case No.132 of 2019 has already admitted. In the event the revision is already admitted, it may be open to the Petitioner to file an application for expeditious herein of the revision involved at least within a period of two weeks. In such event, the Competent Authority shall do well in considering the urgency and passing appropriate order for disposal of the revision involved.
