This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title of the bail application in Court today.

This is an application for modification and extension of time. 4.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was released on anticipatory bail vide ABLAPL No.8164 of 2022 by order dated 26.07.2022 but in 5th line of paragraph-5 inadvertently typed out "G.R. Case No.159 of 2022" instead of "C.T. Case No.157 of 2022", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 5th line of paragraph-5 of the order dated 26.07.2022 it be mentioned as "C.T. Case No.157 of 2022" in place of "G.R. Case No.159 of 2022", rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the said order on surrendering before the court below on or before 9th of September, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
