Reducing the prayer made in this writ petition, Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioners makes a request to this Court for issuing necessary direction to the Opposite Party No.2 to take a lawful decision on the pending application of the Petitioners vide Annexure-2 (Series).

Considering the above prayer made by Mr. Samal, learned counsel for the Petitioners, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.2 to look into the request of the Petitioners vide Annexure-2 (series) and take a lawful decision in the matter taking into account the grounds stated in this writ petition so also the documents appended thereto.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of one month from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioners.
