This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.117 of 2022, on the files of learned S.D.J.M. Chatrapur, arising out of Chamakhandi P.S. Case No.23 of 2022, under Sections 392/411/34 of IPC and is in custody since 01.06.2022.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Chatrapur, Ganjam, by order dated 07.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Taking into account the factum of filing of charge sheet and the period of custody, this Court directs the petitioner to be
released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally, it is directed that the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional Police Station once in every seven days till the conclusion of trial.
7.
Violation of condition of such appearance shall entail cancellation of bail by the learned Court in seisin over the matter after following the due process of law without any further reference of this Court.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
