This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner who does not want to press this BLAPL at this stage.

The BLAPL accordingly stands disposed of as not pressed.

Taking into account the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 2.04.2021, learned trial court is directed to make an endeavor to conclude the trial within four months in terms of the order relating to the co-accused passed by this Court dated 28.02.2022 in BLAPL No. 6329 of 2021.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner further submits that the wife of the petitioner requires urgent medical treatment.

It shall be open to the Petitioner to make such prayer before the learned court in seisin over the matter which shall be considered on its own merit.
