It is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that the notice has been served on the victim/informant on 18.09.2022. In spite of service of notice, no one appears on behalf of the victim/informant.

Heard Mr. L. Behera on behalf of Mr. P.K. Jena, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this BLAPL with a liberty to renew his prayer after examination of the victim and witness Jali Khan Bibi cited as charge sheet witness no.11.

Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this BLAPL stands disposed of as not pressed.
