Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Considering the complaint vide Annexure-1 required to be considered in exercise of power under the provision of OPLE Act, the Tahasildar, Baliapal-Opposite Party No.4 is directed to look into the grievance of the Petitioner vide Annexure-1 and take lawful decision thereon involving the Parties likely to be affected by undertaking the exercise within a period of two months. The Authority shall also keep in mind the development through W.P.(C) No.32029 of 2021 as well as CONTC No.1167 of 2022 while undertaking such exercise. 3.
