1. These matters are taken up through hybrid Order No.

arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

This order shall dispose of the aforesaid CONTC No.833 of 2016 along with four connected cases*i as they emerge out of similar orders passed by this Court.

The present contempt petitions have been filed for the alleged violation of the interim orders in the pending writ petitions directing that the petitioners shall be allowed to continue as Cluster Resource Centre Coordinator (CRCC). It is claimed that in spite

// 2 // of the stay orders, their services have been dispensed with.

4. Learned counsel for the Opposite Parties states that the interim orders had merged in the final orders passed in various writ petitions, whereby the writ petitions got dismissed as withdrawn.

5. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the contempt petitions as the same have become infructuous.

6. In view of the above, the CONTCs are dismissed as withdrawn.

Registry is directed to attach the photocopy of this order in all connected cases.
