The Writ Petition involves the following prayer: "Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:

(i) Direct/ order the Opp. Party No.2 to allot the LIG Houses bearing L-281, 283, 284 and 285 constructed over the Petitioner's Plot of land bearing Plot No. 1095 and 1094, mouza- Dumduma, Khata No.41, Tehsil- Bhubaneswar, in consideration of his representation, dated 15.03.2022 as at Annexure-5 by taking into account Annexure-2 and Annexure-3 within a stipulated period as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court for the interest of justice; (ii) Pass such other order(s)/ issue direction(s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the bona fide interest of justice; And, for this act of kindness, the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray."

Considering the innocuous prayer involved, this Court directs Opposite Party No.2 to consider the request of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 and take decision, as appropriate at least within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the Petitioner.
