Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to seek other remedies available for undertaking the exercise of eviction involving the encroachers found to be illegally encroached the disputed land, vide Annexure-2. 4.
The Writ Petition is, therefore, permitted to be withdrawn but however with the liberty as prayed for.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of
