This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical mode).

Considering the petition averments and upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioner as also learned counsel for the State, the year of the P.S. Case "2019" appearing in the 6th line of 3rd paragraph of the order dated 12.04.2022 be corrected as "2020".

In view of the above correction, time period for surrender of the Petitioner in the court below is extended by four weeks with effect from today.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
