The Petitioners bring the Writ Petition involving an attempt of eviction without following due process of law. For the settled position of law, there cannot be eviction without following due process of law. This Court observes, in the event the Petitioners have not been involved in any eviction proceeding involving Hal Plot No.388 Ac.0.26 decs. under Khata No.493 of Village-Patia under Chandrasekharpur Police Sation, they should not be evicted without following due process of law.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
