This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender. None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

After going through the averments taken in the interim application, I am not inclined to extend the date of surrender. Accordingly, the I.A. stands dismissed.

If the petitioner has not surrendered as per the date fixed in the order dated 14.12.2022, the learned trial Court shall immediately take steps for his arrest and also against the bailors in accordance with law.
