Defects as pointed out by the S.R. have not yet been removed in spite of repeated direction of this Court. It also appears that on last occasion, i.e. on 9th January, 2020, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter was called. 3.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner, however, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a fresh one with better particulars.

Granting such liberty, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
