Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This is an application for early disposal of RMC Case No. 23 of 2022.

Considering the innocuous prayer involved herein, this Writ Petition stands disposed of with an observation that in the event the application is filed showing urgency for expeditious disposal of RMC Case No.23 of 2022 before the competent authority. In such event, the authority concerned shall do well in disposing the proceeding under Section 22 of the O.L.R. Act at least within a period one month from the date of filing of such application.
