This is an application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 07.04.2021 passed by the learned District & Sessions Judge-cumSpecial Judge, Phulbani in 2(a)CC Case No.3 of 2020. Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo signed by Mr. Amulya Ratna Panda stating therein that the petitioner does not want to press this application. The same be kept on record. The CRLMC is accordingly dismissed as not pressed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
