This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 2nd August, 2019 passed by the Sessions Judge, Baleswar in Criminal Revision No.12 of 2019 and further to direct the Inspector-in-Charge of Balasore Sadar Police Station to release the vehicle in question in his favour. 3.

Since the order impugned in this case has already been set aside vide order dated 27th January, 2020 passed in CRLMC No.2219 of 2019, this petition is dismissed being infructuous. (S. Pujahari) Judge DA
