For the reason stated therein and taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court extends the time limit as mentioned in the order dated 26.10.2022 in CRLMC No.2370 of 2016 till 1st August, 2023 and the benefit of this order may be extended, if the case is still pending. It is also made clear that no further extension will be granted.
