This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioner while praying to withdraw the bail application submits for early disposal of the case by expediting the trial in view of the facts that the Petitioner has already been detained in the custody.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

In view of the aforesaid submission and taking into consideration the detention of the Petitioner in custody since 09.02.2021, this Court without adverting to the materials on merit in this case disposes of the Bail application requesting the Court in seisin of the case to proceed as expeditiously as possible and conclude the trial within a period of six months from the date of the receipt/communication/production of the copy of this order. 5.

The Petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after examination of some of the material witnesses as requested by the learned counsel for the Petitioner.
