This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 2669 of 2021 arising out of Jagatpur P.S. Case No. 465 of 2021 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C.(R), Cuttack registered for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 379/413/201/114 of the I.P.C.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Cuttack by order dated 21.06.2022 in BLAPL No. 673 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Considering the release of the co-accused by this Court in Order dtd. 28.06.2022 in BLAPL No. 5418 of 2022, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter, additionally it is directed that he shall appear before the I.I.C. of Jagatpur P.S. once every fortnight for a period of six months from today and the same shall be certified by the I.I.C and submitted to the concerned Court once in a month. 6.
Failure to appear shall entail cancellation of the bail application.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
