This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in G.R. Case No.105 of 2015, pending in the file of learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, (FTSC) Kandhamal, Phulbani arising out of Raikia P.S. Case No.76 of 2012, offence under Sections 363/366/376(g)/506 of the IPC read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act and is in custody since 14.01.2019.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, (FTSC) Kandhamal, Phulbani by order dated 03.06.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Perused the status report submitted by the learned Ad-hoc Additional Sessions Judge, (FTSC) Kandhamal, Phulbani indicating the petitioner has been acquitted.

In such view of the matter, the bail application has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
