This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement Order No.
(virtual/ physical) mode.

In course of hearing, learned Counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of this Application seeking liberty to renew the prayer for grant of bail to the Petitioner before the Trial Court, which had been last move on 26.06.2020 as in the meantime, there has substantial progress in the trial.

Granting the liberty as aforesaid, this application stands disposed of withdrawn.
It is needless to observe that in the event, such a move is made, the trial Court would do well to decide the same on its own merit; further taking into account all such subsequent developments which have taken place in the meantime in their proper perspective and dispose of early in accordance with law.

The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
