None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks for a direction to the Opposite Parties to accept his application for renewal of certificate of registration and to issue registration certificate in order to enable the Petitioner to ply his vehicle on the road. 4.

On the last occasion, i.e. on 20th July, 2022, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner.

Mr. Behera, learned Standing Counsel for the Transport Department submits that copy of the writ petition has not been served on him in spite of the direction of this Court. 6 .

In view of the above, this Court feels that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the writ petition. 6.
