This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on the date of surrender of the Petitioner, the Injury Report was not available in the Case Diary, which was produced before the Court below. Therefore the Petitioner could not surrender within the period stipulated. 4.
Considering such submission, it is directed that the Injury Report be made available to the learned court below with the Case Diary in order to facilitate the Petitioner to surrender before the court.

Three weeks' further time from today is extended for Petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order
// 2 // dated 26.07.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.8192 of 2022, other conditions in the said order remaining the same. 6.
The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
