The Writ Petition involves the following prayer: "It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to admit this writ application and issue notice to the Opp. Parties call for the records and after hearing both the parties this Hon'ble Court may direct the Tahasildar, Sonepur to settle the land bearing Khata No.140 and it's Plot No. 471 area Ac.0.11 dec. Mouza-Khari/Khari OACS Ltd. in the interest of justice.

And any other order/orders direction/directions may deem fit and proper pass in favour of the petitioner.

And for this act of kindness the petitioner as in duty bound shall ever pray." 2.

Considering the nature of relief involved and without expressing any opinion on the entertainability of the Writ Petition, in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs the Tahasildar, Sonepur to consider the claim made in the representation of the Petitioner at Annexure-3 and pass a lawful order, if required involving the Parties likely to be affected, by completing the entire exercise within a period
