Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Instant I.A. is filed by the petitioner for extension of time to surrender before the learned court below.

By this Court's order dated 13th March, 2023 in I.A. No. 472 of 2023, the petitioner was directed to surrender before the learned court below on or before 31st March, 2023, which has expired in the meantime.

For the reason stated therein, the I.A. stands allowed. 5.

Consequently, the petitioner is allowed to surrender before the learned court below on or before 15th May, 2023 in compliance of the Court's direction dated 13th March, 2023 in I.A. No. 472 of 2023.
