Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Instant I.A. is filed for correction of the order dated 13th March, 2023 passed in I.A. No. 473 of 2023, wherein, the date of surrender has not been mentioned inadvertently. 3.

Considering the above, I.A is stands allowed. 4.

Consequently, the petitioner is directed to surrender on or before 15th May, 2023 in compliance of the Court's order dated 9th January, 2023 in I.A. No. 2986 of 2022. As a necessary corollary the order dated 13th March, 2023 is modified to the extent in the date above. Rest part of the order remains unaltered. (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge Balaram
