Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Looking to the nature of grievance since admittedly a complain of the Petitioner pending before the Collector, there is no prevention in consideration of the representation of the Petitioner by the Collector, Khurda vide Annexure-4 at least undertaking the exercise within a period of one and half months from the date of communication of order along with copy of the representation.
