Heard Mr. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D. Nayak, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

Mr. Nayak submits that there is nothing to show that the impugned order is arising out of a criminal proceeding and accordingly, he submits that this case be directed to be registered as W.P.(C).

Considering the submissions made, Office is directed to register the present CRLMP as W.P.(C) and do the stamp reporting afresh.
