1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. Heard.

3. The petitioner who is working as an Assistant Teacher against Science Trained Graduate post in P.C.M. of Magar Muhini Bidyapitha, Debabhuin, Naransinghpur, in the district of Cuttack has filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction from this Court to the opposite parties for approval of his appointment against the said post and to release Block grant in his favour.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached the opposite party No.3District Education Officer, Cuttack by filing a representation under Annexure-3 which is pending since 18.01.2022. He further submits that the opposite party

// 2 // No.3- District Education Officer, Cuttack may be directed to dispose of the said representation of the petitioner.

5. In view of such facts and submissions made, the opposite party No.3- District Education Officer, Cuttack is directed to decide the representation under Annexure-3 of the petitioner and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order within a period of forty-five days from the date of presentation/ submission of a certified copy of this order along with a copy of this Writ Petition.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
