ORDER
11.07.2022 Order No.
01.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.
2.
Learned counsel for the Petitioners alleges that even after direction of the Competent Authority in R.P. Case No.700 of 2008 vide Annexure-1, there is no progress shown in the remand proceeding. This Court finds, the remand order was passed long since over a period of more than one and half decades almost.
3.
Keeping in view the allegation of the Petitioners, this Court observes, in the event the remand proceeding is still pending, the same shall be concluded at least within a period of four months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners, but however involving all parties concerned. 4.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
