None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Mr. Mishra, learned ASC as well as Mr.Rath, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.6 is present.

On previous occasions, i.e., on 8th April, 2019 and 17th April, 2019 none was also present for the Petitioner when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

Interim order dated 27th July, 2017 passed in 11956 of 2017 stands vacated.
