This is an Interlocutory Application for conversion of the nomenclature of CRLMP to W.P.(C).

Heard Ms. S.R. Sahoo, learned counsel on behalf of Mr. S.K. Bhanjadeo, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. D.K. Mohanty, learned Additional standing Counsel. 3.

Considering the averments made and the ground taken in this application, the prayer for changing of nomenclature from CRLMP to W.P.(C) is allowed.

Office is directed to re-register the present CRLMP as W.P.(C) and do the stamp reporting afresh.

The I.A. is disposed of.
