Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in connection with G.R. Case No. 11 of 2022 arising out of R.Udayagiri P.S. Case No. 42 of 2022, pending on the file of the learned Addl. Sessions Judgecum-Special Judge, Paralakhemundi, Gajapati for the alleged commission of offence under Sections-366/363/344/376 (2)(n) of the IPC read with Section-6(1) of the POCSO Act. 4.
Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s. 439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-
Special Judge, Parlakhemundi, Gajapati by Order dtd. 21.06.2022 in G.R. No. 11 of 2022, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.
Considering the 164 Cr.P.C statement and the tenor thereof and taking into account that charge-sheet has already been filed in the case, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the learned Court in seisin over the matter.

The Bail Application thus stands disposed of. 7.
