This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is accused in C.T. Case No.209 of 2022 corresponding to Junagarh P.S. Case No.214 of 2022 dt.09.05.2022, pending in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Junagarh, for alleged commission of offences under Section 394 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the Rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Dharamgarh, Kalahandi, by order dated 02.07.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed. 5.

Keeping in view the nature of allegations and the period of custody, also taking into account the recovery of the amount, this Court directs the petitioner to be released on bail on such terms to be fixed by the Court in seisin over the matter.

Additionally it is directed that because of the criminal proclivity, the petitioner shall appear before the jurisdictional police station once every week till the conclusion of trial. 7.

Accordingly, the BLAPL stands disposed of.
