Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

This Writ Petition involves the innocuous prayer seeking early disposal of Election Misc. Case No. 01 of 2022. On his own submission of learned counsel, there is no completion of pleading involving the Election dispute involved herein. This Court finds, there is difficulty in targeting the proceeding. Further in disposal of the Writ Petition, this Court directs Civil Judge (JD)-Cum- J.M.F.C., Daspalla to find the completion of pleading at least within a period of one month and after the completion of pleading, steps be taken to dispose of the dispute involved at least within a period of three months.
