This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. Mr. Bose, learned counsel for Opposite Parties is present. 3.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the judgment and order dated 25th May, 2018 (Annexure-1) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Cr.P No.161 of 2015. 4.

This Court, while issuing notice vide order dated 14th December, 2018, as an interim measure, directed that there shall be stay realization of enhanced monthly maintenance amount pursuant to judgment dated 25th May, 2018 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Cr.P. No.161 of 2015 till disposal of the revision subject to the condition that the Petitioner shall go on paying the amount awarded by the trial Court every month. Thereafter, on 2nd August, 2021, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter although Mr.Bose, learned counsel for the Opposite Parties was

// 2 // present. Again on 12th August, 2021, the matter stood adjourned.

In view of the above, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing the matter. Accordingly, the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Interim order dated 14th December, 2018 passed in IA No.315 of 2018 stands vacated.

Issue urgent certified copy of the order on proper application.
