Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

This is an application under Section 438, Cr.P.C. filed by the Petitioners for anticipatory bail, involving offences punishable under Sections 341/323/420/506/34, I.P.C.

Considering the nature of allegation, gravity of the offence and the facts of the case, it is directed that, in the event of arrest, the Petitioners shall be released on bail by the Arresting Officer in connection with Bhandaripokhari P.S. Case No.158 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1166 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhadrak on such terms and conditions as deem just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 5.

The ABLAPL is disposed of accordingly.
