Learned State Counsel has obtained instructions to the effect that the signature on the purposed medical certificate is fake and somebody has forged his signature to get benefit. This amounts to playing fraud with the Court.

I.A. is therefore dismissed so also the bail application. 4.

It is open to the authority concerned to initiate appropriate proceeding against Tapan Kumar Senapati, the deponent in I.A. No. 1401 of 2022 in accordance with law.
