Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

On verification of material on record, it is seen that the trial has commenced. Hence this Court is not inclined to entertain this application for bail at this stage, giving liberty to the petitioner to move afresh after examination of one of the material witness-Dhruba Charan Sahu cited as witness No.18.

Since the petitioner is stated to be in custody 23.10.2019, learned Court in seisin over the matter is called upon to expedite the trial.

The Bail Application stands disposed of.
