This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 30th October, 2006 (Annexure-7) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Crlp. No.533 of 2006, whereby a proceeding under Section 128 Cr.P.C. has been initiated for non-compliance of maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C.
