Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

Undisputedly, the Writ Petition involves a challenge to the order passed by the Competent Authority in disposal of Revision Petition No.761 of 87, a proceeding under Section 37(1) of the O.C.H & P.F.L. Act, 1972 disposed of on 04.12.2000. Perusal on impugned order, this Court finds, the matter was decided on contest as appears in the Petition itself. The Writ Petition has been filed involving such dispute after twenty-two years though along with limitation application. There is no reasonable explanation in challenging such order after two decades.

In the circumstance, this Court declines to entertain the limitation application, as a consequence the Writ Petition stands dismissed as grossly barred by limitation.
