This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 19th July, 2008 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Criminal Proceeding No.260 of 2005, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.1,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application, i.e., 20th April, 2005.

Order sheet reveals that since the date of filing of this RPFAM no step has been taken to get the matter listed. Steps for limitation has also not been taken. The matter was listed on 29th September, 2004 on which date none had also appeared to pursue the matter. Hence, it appears that the Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the RPFAM.
