None appears for the petitioners at the time of call so also no one had appeared on 14.09.2022.

The petitioners by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the F.I.R. dated 04.05.2014 in connection with Nilgiri P.S. Case No. 114 of 2014 and in the meanwhile around eight years have passed.

In view of such development, it pre-supposes that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
