This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

On perusal of the previous orders, it is seen that on 04.08.2022 the matter was listed before this Court, but none appeared for the Petitioner when the matter was called. Today also none appears for the Petitioner on court's repeated call during first hour as well as second hour.

Therefore, the ABLAPL is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the interim protection granted to the Petitioner, vide order dated 19.08.2021 passed in ABLAPL No.8727 of 2021 stands vacated forthwith.

Learned A.S.C. is directed to intimate the concerned P.S. accordingly.
