This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.8233 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 27.07.2022 granting bail to the petitioner but the paragraph-7 may be modified. Hence, modification has been prayed for.

Accordingly, it is directed that the paragraph-7 of the order dated 27.07.2022 be waived, rest part of the order remaining the same. It is further directed that the petitioner can avail the benefit of the bail order dated 27.07.2022, if he surrenders before the learned court below on or before 17th of August, 2022.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
