Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner is an accused in C.T. Case No.76 of 2022, pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Betnoti, arising out of Betnoti P.S. Case No.26 of 2022, offence under Sections 376(2)(1)/506 of IPC. 4.

Being aggrieved by the rejection of his application for bail U/s.439 Cr.P.C. by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Baripada by order dated 12.04.2022 in the aforementioned case, the present BLAPL has been filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the bail application with liberty to move the bail application afresh before the learned Court in seisin.

Giving such liberty, the BLAPL stands disposed of as withdrawn.
