This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. is filed for modification of order dated 27.07.2022.

This Court while taking into account that the petitioner is not a local and as there is flight risk, had consciously directed that one of the sureties shall be immediate family members of the petitioner.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there no immediate family members of the petitioner who are in a position to furnish necessary security to be released on bail for which, in spite of the order dated 27.07.2022 petitioner is in custody.

Considering the hardship faced and keeping in view the circumstances, this Court modifies the directions relating to "immediate family of the petitioner", it is directed that there shall be two sureties, who shall be members of the family/friends of whom one will be local sureties, and on consideration of the same learned Court shall do well to release the petitioner on bail 7.
Other conditions shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the I.A. stands disposed of.
