Heard Mr.D.Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the Order No.

opposite party no.1 in reference to order dated 12.07.2022 and further order of this Court in disposal of I.A.No.10358 of 2022 on 04.08.2022 expresses there is possibility of ambiguity in the discharge of role of the opposite party no.1.

Considering the submission of learned counsel appearing for the parties, this Court clarifies the direction dated 12.07.2022 to the effect that while working out the direction dated 12.07.2022 , the authority shall remain abided by any development through civil court proceeding involved herein.
