Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw the BLAPL application.

Taking in to account that the petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2021. The learned Court in seisin of the matter may expedite the trial. It shall be open to the petitioner to move this Court afresh at a later stage, if so advised. 5.
